Изучалось воздействие интенсивности упражнений, выполняемых на тредмилле на секрецию гормона роста у 10 молодых мужчин (26±1,1 год, 178±1.7 см, 83,4±2,8 кг) . Установлена линейная зависимость между интенсивностью нагрузки и секрецией гормона роста.

Аннотация
Чтобы исследовать влияние интенсивности упражнений на секрецию гормона роста (СТГ), 10 испытуемых мужчин (26±1,1 год, 178±1.7 см, 83,4±2,8 кг) были протестированы 6 раз (одно тестирование было контрольным, (С), а пять – экспериментальным (Ex). Концентрацию гормона роста в сыворотке крови измеряли в образцах, полученных с 10-минутными интервалами между 7.00 и 9.00 часами (базовый уровень) и 09. 00 и 13. 00 часами (упражнения+секреция).
Интегрированные значения концентрации гормона роста (ИСТГ) были рассчитаны методом трапеций. Во время проведения эксперимента в течение 30 минут (с 9.00 до 9.30) испытуемые выполняли тест на тредмиле при одной из следующих интенсивностей нагрузки (нормализовано до лактатного порога (LT)): от 25%, до 75% 100%, 125% и 175% от лактатного порога.
Никаких различий между условиями исходного уровня ИСТГ не наблюдалось. Упражнения + секреция ИГСТ составили (приводится среднее±ошибка среднего) С – 250±60; 0,25LT– 203±69; 0,75LT – 448±125; 1,0 LT – 452±119; 1,25LT – 512±121; 1,75LT – 713±115 мг/л мин). Секреция гормона роста линейно увеличивалась с увеличением интенсивности тренировки (p < 0,05).
Анализ деконволюции показал, что увеличение интенсивности упражнений привело к линейному увеличению массы секретируемого гормона роста на импульс и скорости секреции гормона роста (скорость секреции увеличилась с 16,5±4,5 (C) до 32,1±5,2 мкг / объем распределения мин (для 1,75LT), p < 0,05), без изменений частоты пульсации гормона роста или периода полувыведения.
Мы пришли к выводу, что у молодых мужчин секреторный ответ гормона роста на физические упражнения связан с интенсивностью упражнений линейной зависимостью.

Abstract
To investigate the effects of exercise intensity on growth hormone (GH) release, 10 male subjects were tested on 6 randomly ordered occasions [1 control condition (C), 5 exercise conditions (Ex)]. Serum GH concentrations were measured in samples obtained at 10-min intervals between 0700 and 0900 (baseline) and 0900 and 1300 (exercise1 recovery).
Integrated GH concentrations (IGHC) were calculated by trapezoidal reconstruction. During Ex subjects exercised for 30 min (0900–0930) at one of the following intensities [normalized to the lactate threshold (LT)]: 25 and 75% of the difference between LT and rest (0.25LT and 0.75LT, respectively), at LT, and at 25 and 75% of the difference between LT and peak (1.25LT and 1.75LT, respectively).
No differences were observed among conditions for baseline IGHC. Exercise1recovery IGHC (mean 6 SE: C 5 250 6 60; 0.25LT 5 203 6 69; 0.75LT 5 448 6 125; LT 5 452 6 119; 1.25LT 5 512 6 121; 1.75LT 5 713 6 115 μg·l21·min21) increased linearly with increasing exercise intensity (P , 0.05).
Deconvolution analysis revealed that increasing exercise intensity resulted in a linear increase in the mass of GH secreted per pulse and GH production rate [production rate increased from 16.5 6 4.5 (C) to 32.1 6 5.2 μg·distribution volume21·min21 (1.75LT), P , 0.05], with no changes in GH pulse frequency or half-life of elimination.
We conclude that the GH secretory response to exercise is related to exercise intensity in a linear dose-response pattern in young men.
